Luxury villas built for uncompromised comfort!

The Kullasmarina villas are located by the Padasjoki marina and next to the lighted jogging and cross country ski trails. The villas have been granted the highest five star rural travel MALO quality award. The largest villas can comfortably accommodate up to 15 people. Altogether, the holiday-homes can cater for 70 guests (includes the extra beds). All the villas have panoramic views on the lake Päijänne; the surrounding pristine lake side and the nature provide a perfect location for many outdoor activities and experiences all the year round. Comfortable and well-equipped apartments offer a pleasant stay for a family or a larger group. Apartments are ideal for family holidays, for private or business celebrations and especially for team activity days. Apartments can be used for meetings and they have free WiFi. Marina Restaurant Laituri is open for customers between May to October. The Restaurant Laituri can also be privately booked for meetings or as a restaurant during the winter time.

Taxi boat 95 € / hour, maximum 5 persons. (driver and boat)

The rowing boat is available for the residents free use and an attachable electric motor can be hired for 20 € / day (maximum hire for 2 days / 40 €. Kullasmarina offers facilities to prepare the catch of the day: the area has a fish gutting table, a smoking oven and a barbecue for residents use.

You can rent a spacy lakeside Finnish wood burning sauna. (3h / 30 € or already heated up sauna 3h / 50 €). There is also a possibility of bathing in a movable smoke sauna. Check out Finnish smoke sauna tradition here clickhere

There is also the outdoor jacuzzi on the Kullasvuori hill. Jacuzzi is for 7 persons and it can be hired for 2 hours / 150 € and extra using times for 2 hours / 100 €. Longer using times for different convention. Snowing and freeze is not a problem. Feel good with friends and enjoy of the view of finnish nature.

For rent: Bicycles 5 € / one day. Snowshoes 15 € / one day. We also rent different site skis and equipments. Under 5 years old child will take skis and sleddings for free.
